The senior level delegation of BLG(Bremer Lagerhaus Gesellschaft), a company devoted to providing logistics services for the port of Bremen/Bremerhaven in Germany, is visiting Korea from 20 until 22 February.
The delegation headed by the current chairman Mr. Detthold Aden consists of 8 members also including Mr. Frank Dreeke, the next chairman and Mr. Manfred Kuhr, a vice chairman in automobile logistics division, and is projected to discuss further cooperative issues with their Korean partners Hyundai Glovis and EUKOR Car Carriers.
This will be the first time the high level BLG delegation on such a large scale comes to Korea from the port of Bremen/Bremerhaven, which is a Hyundai and Kia Motor's export gate to Europe. It can be interpreted as significance of Korean market due to increase in export of Korean cars to Europe as well as import of European cars to Korea.

After arrival at the port of Bremen/Bremerhaven, the Korean cars are transferred to the Kelheim terminal in southern Germany via BLG's railway network and supplied throughout Germany.
During their stay in Seoul, BLG will take one step further on cooperative issues with their customers, particularly regarding how to set up intermodal transport system for Hyundai and Kia Motors in Russian market.
BLG is world-renowned for providing port related logistics solutions based on the experiences from running their terminal network not only in the port of Bermerhaven, which has the biggest container and car terminal in Europe, but also in Hamburg Germany and overseas ports in Italy, Portugal, Russia, Morocco and so on.
